Who operates the store and how to contact us
IDONZ operates this online retail store. Contact us at support@idonz.com or (859) 235-6935, or write to 2300 Litton Ln, Hebron, Kentucky 41048, United States. The address is for business correspondence, not a walk-in location, fulfillment center, or return address. Shopify’s automatically managed native Privacy Policy names “SOLSTICE TRADE LLC” in its contact paragraph. We have not confirmed whether that name and IDONZ refer to the same legal operator.
Information, sources, and purposes
When you browse, contact us, check out, or place an order, information may be provided by you or generated through the storefront and transaction. Depending on the interaction, this can include contact and shipping details, order contents and status, payment references (not full card credentials held by IDONZ), return and refund information, support messages, device and browser information, pages or products viewed, and privacy choices. Shopify’s automatically managed native policy describes further categories and sources, including information from your interactions, service providers, and business partners; review that native policy for its full text.
We use information needed to operate the store; respond to questions; take, confirm, and service orders; coordinate payment and delivery; handle cancellations, returns, refunds, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations; and honor privacy requests. We receive order and contact information directly from you, technical request data through the site, and transaction or service data from the systems that support the storefront, checkout, payment, shipping, and customer service.
Orders, payment, shipping, customer service, and returns
Shopify hosts the online store and checkout. Checkout may offer Shop, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and other payment options; the available methods can vary by order. The provider you choose receives the information needed to authorize and process your transaction under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes to IDONZ by email.
Order fulfillment requires relevant order and delivery details to be used by the services involved in the transaction. The carrier or fulfillment service may vary by order. We provide tracking information when available after fulfillment. Customer support messages and return or refund records help us resolve your request and service your order.
Service providers and disclosures
Shopify hosts the storefront and checkout. Information may also be shared with the payment option you select, a delivery or fulfillment service used for your order, or a provider that helps with customer support, security, or legal compliance. The specific providers involved can vary. Shopify’s native policy explains Shopify’s processing and disclosures in more detail.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies can be grouped by purpose:
- Necessary: storefront, cart, checkout, security, and core operation.
- Preferences: remembering choices such as language or storefront settings where used.
- Analytics: measuring site use and performance where enabled.
- Advertising: delivering, measuring, or personalizing advertising across services where enabled.
These are common purposes; not every category is necessarily used. Shopify’s cookie banner is currently disabled. We have not confirmed a complete list of the cookies, tracking tools, or providers used on this site, so we cannot identify every technology or say that a particular analytics or advertising provider is active. Use Your Privacy Choices to see Shopify’s available opt-out options. Contact us if you need help.
Google Maps
The homepage and Contact page include an embedded Google map for the correspondence address. When the map loads, the browser connects directly to Google and may disclose technical request information, such as the browser/device network address and request metadata, to Google. Google’s own privacy terms apply to its service. You can avoid loading the embed by not opening or reloading the map section. The nearby map notice links to this supplemental disclosure.
Retention and security
Order, payment-reference, support, and return records may be kept as needed to service transactions, administer returns, protect the store, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not have confirmed retention periods for every record or service provider; Shopify’s native policy describes factors that affect how long Shopify retains information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive payment credentials by email.
Children and international processing
This online retail store is not designed for children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Shopify and a payment or other service provider involved in a transaction may process information in countries other than where you live. The locations and transfer arrangements can depend on the services used for your transaction; Shopify’s native policy provides further information about Shopify’s processing and transfers.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Use Shopify’s Your Privacy Choices page to submit an available opt-out for the browser you are using and, if you choose, your customer account. The page will show a confirmation or an error after you submit. The specific providers and activities covered can depend on Shopify and the services used by the store. You may also email support@idonz.com for help or to make a privacy request.
Shopify’s automatically managed native Privacy Policy says that Global Privacy Control (GPC) may be treated as an opt-out signal where applicable. How a signal is applied across other services can vary. If you have a privacy choice or request, use the choices page or contact us directly.
Verification, agents, response time, and appeals
To protect personal information, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and your authority to make it. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may request evidence of the agent’s authority and may ask the consumer to verify their identity directly, where permitted by applicable law.
Deadlines depend on the law that applies to your request. For example, where California law applies, we will confirm receipt of covered access, correction, deletion, or appeal requests within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days; when necessary, one extension of up to 45 additional calendar days may be used with notice and an explanation. Applicable California sale/sharing opt-out requests must be processed as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, the response deadline is no later than 45 days after receipt; one additional 45-day extension may be used when reasonably necessary if we notify you within the initial period and explain why. Other applicable laws may set different rights or timelines, which we will follow. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and how to appeal where required. You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@idonz.com; we aim to respond to appeals within 60 calendar days, or sooner if applicable law requires an earlier response.
Native policy and change history
Shopify automatically manages the native Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices page. This supplemental page provides information specific to the storefront and notes where details have not been confirmed. It does not replace Shopify’s native policy, which remains available at /policies/privacy-policy. For questions, email support@idonz.com or call (859) 235-6935.
